Making A Purchase We accept payment via PayPal.

Making A Purchase Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our store, and add any items that you wish to buy into the shopping cart. After you have finished your selection, click on 'Checkout' and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to complete the order.

If you have made a mistake in your order and cannot correct it in the shopping cart, contact us and we will endevor to correct the mistake.

When confirmation of your order is received, this is to indicate that we have received your order. It does not indicate that a contract exists between us. We will indicate acceptance of your order, and hence a contract between us, when we send you an invoice. We have included this term to protect us in the case that a mistake has been made in pricing, we have inadvertently under-priced goods, or we are no longer able to supply a particular product for some reason. In the case of a change of price, we will always contact you first to ensure that the price is acceptable.

Shipping And Handling All prices are fully inclusive of UK delivery, no addidional charges will be added. The price you see on site is the price you will be charged.

Delivery Schedule We usually dispatch orders within 24 hours to ensure they arrive quickly. Our delivery's are handled by the Royal Mail & Parcelforce. We dispatch orders Monday to Saturday (excluding Bank Holidays). The vast majority of delivery's can be expected to arrive within 2 - 5 working days but please allow 10 working days during busy periods.

Orders are shipped using 1st Class, 2nd Class, Standard Parcels, Recorded Delivery, Next Day Special Delivery or Parcelforce 48. The delivery method used will depend on the size, weight and value of the order.

We are only able to deliver within the UK and Ireland due to Airmail weight limits.

You agree that proof of delivery supplied by our delivery company is sufficient evidence to establish that goods have been received.

Back Orders If your item is not in stock, we will back order for you. You will always be emailed with the option to cancel your order if you would rather not wait.

Tax Charges Our prices are not subject to VAT at present.

Credit Card Security When an order is placed on our website, all personal information and credit card numbers are processed by PayPal using the latest highly secure 128 bit encryption. Personal and card details are not taken or held by Tizertech and they are not held in clear text on any web site.

Returns Policy We comply with DSR ( Distance Selling Regulations ) and all sales are covered by a 14 working day return / refund guarantee should a problem arise or you change your mind. If you need to return an item please contact us first in writing by email or post within 7 working days. If you change your mind about your purchase, please return the unused goods to us with the original packing invoice within 7 working days, and we will offer you an exchange or full refund. The 7 day period begins the next working day after receipt of goods. In the event that a return is requested, all returns must include all original goods undamaged & in re-saleable condition ( unless the item was damaged or faulty upon receipt ).

Returned items must be sent using a trackable method & buyers are responsible for costs incurred when shipping non-faulty / undamaged products back to us.

Return shipping costs for faulty or damaged goods will be covered in full by us.

Remittance Terms We do not offer credit terms. Full payment must be received via PayPal before any goods are dispatched.
