ALL PRICES ARE INCLUSIVE OF UK DELIVERY. WHAT YOU SEE IS WHAT YOU PAY

We usually dispatch orders within 24 hours to ensure they arrive quickly. Our delivery's are handled by the Royal Mail & Parcelforce. We dispatch orders Monday to Saturday (excluding Bank Holidays). The vast majority of delivery's can be expected to arrive within 2 - 5 working days but please allow 10 working days during busy periods.

Orders are shipped using 1st Class, 2nd Class, Standard Parcels, Recorded Delivery, Next Day Special Delivery or Parcelforce 48. The delivery method used will depend on the size, weight and value of the order.

We are only able to deliver within the UK and Ireland due to Airmail weight limits.

Returns, refunds & your right to cancel

We comply with DSR ( Distance Selling Regulations ) and all  sales are covered by a 7 working day return / refund guarantee should a problem arise or you change your mind.  If you need to return an item please contact us first in writing by email or post within 7 working days. If you change your mind about your purchase, please return the unused goods to us with the original packing invoice within 7 working days, and we will offer you an exchange or full refund.  The 7 day period begins the next working day after receipt of goods.  In the event that a return is requested, all returns must include all original goods undamaged & in re-saleable condition ( unless the item was damaged or faulty upon receipt ). 

Returned items must be sent using a trackable method & buyers are responsible for costs incurred when shipping non-faulty / undamaged products back to us.

Return shipping costs for faulty or damaged goods will be covered in full by us.
