Q: When can i expect my order to arrive ?

A: We always aim to dispatch orders 24 - 36 hours after receiving payment. Most orders can be expected to arrive between 2 - 7 working days after dispatch depending on the delivery method used. Please allow a little longer during busy periods such as Christmas.

Q: I need my order quickly, do you provide next day delivery ?

A: Yes we are able to provide a next day delivery service if you need your order quickly. Please contact us for details before placing your order & we will give you our best delivery price.

Q: My order has not arrived what do i do ?

A: If your order has not arrived 10 working days after dispatch we recommend that you check with your local Royal Mail Sorting / Delivery Office. Our products are bulky & too large to fit through a standard size letterbox so a quick call or visit to your Delivery office is often all that is required to find a missing item. In our experience we have found that postal staff do not always leave a card if they are unable to make delivery.

If your item is not at the postal depot please contact us as soon as possible.

Q: Can i return my order if needed ?

A: Yes we offer a full 7 working day returns poicy. Details of our returns policy can be found on the delivery information page.

Q: Do you ship internationally ?

A: Unfortunatley due to the weight limits on Airmail we are unable to ship outside the UK.
